2008 Hampton Hall Golf Membership Program

Hampton Hall Club offers many Membership options.
Golf Membership is not mandatory for Property Owners at Hampton Hall.

All property owners at Hampton Hall are Club Members and have social privileges at the Club.  These benefits include unlimited access to the Health and Fitness Club including the indoor lap pool, the outdoor swimming pool, tennis, basketball and bocce courts, children’s playground, and the Community Clubhouse.  Events and activities are offered throughout the year.  Club Members may play the golf course six times annually.  Guest Fees apply.

Equity Golf Memberships are available. Junior Golf Memberships are available for young professionals who own property at Hampton Hall.  All non-Golf Members are limited to six rounds annually.  Guest Fees apply.

Hampton Hall Club Membership Fee (one-time)             $3,000 paid at closing

Working Capital Fund Contribution (one-time)              $732 paid at closing

Annual Hampton Hall Club Dues (excluding golf)            $2,928 *      

                        Billed quarterly. Tax applicable.              $732 Quarterly

                                                     $786.90 Quarterly, Tax Inclusive 

* Club Dues include social membership benefits and Community Association Dues.
Property owners with an unimproved lot pay 80% of the Annual Club Dues.

2008 EQUITY GOLF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Golf Membership Equity Fee             $10,000

LIMITED TIME GOLF MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY

Current Equity Golf Membership Enrollment Incentive:

1.       $5,000 Membership Fee at Application

At the time of enrollment, pay $5,000 towards the Golf Membership Equity Fee with balance due in 24 months.

2.       No Golf Dues or Equity Fee payments for 12 Months

Payment of Golf Dues and the remaining Golf Membership Equity Fee will begin after a period of 1 year (12 months).

An affordable Junior Membership is available for property owners 39 years old or younger.

2008 JUNIOR GOLF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

Hampton Hall property owners, 39 years old or younger, qualify for a Junior Golf Membership.  Junior Golf Memberships are non-equity, non-voting, recallable memberships.  Junior Golf Members and their immediate family members (as defined in the Club Membership Documents) enjoy all the benefits of golf membership, may use the golf facilities, and are invited to attend Golf Club sponsored events and activities.

1.       Junior Golf Membership Fee $1,500

2008 Annual Junior Golf Dues                     $1,932        * SC tax applies. 

            Billed monthly. Tax applicable.       $161 Monthly - $173 Monthly, Tax Inclusive

The Junior Golf Membership shall automatically terminate on the date the Member reaches age 40.  The Junior Golf Member will have the option of converting the Junior Golf Membership to an Equity Golf Membership by payment of the applicable membership fee, which shall be the lesser of the applicable golf membership fee that was in effect on the date that the Member applied for the Junior Golf Membership or the prevailing golf membership fee that is in effect at the time of conversion.  The $1,500 membership fee paid by the Junior Golf Member will be forfeited to the Club unless credited against the equity membership fee due in connection with the acquisition of an Equity Golf Membership.  At age 40, the Junior Golf Member may take advantage of financing, if available. 

Junior Golf Members count towards the Club cap of 438.  Junior Golf Memberships are recallable by the Club on a last-in, first recalled basis.  Junior Golf Members shall not be entitled to vote on golf matters and shall not be subject to any assessments applicable to golf members (if any).
